Block cave run is a non stop and never ending battle between Greg the floating head block and the different openings in the cave.
You must avoid all obstacles other than the potions that you will pick up and to navigate simply click on the left and right button.
Lets not forget that Greg has a special attacked, called the "shooting block," which can be used when you click on the button in the bottom middle of the game.
